Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the use of the online platform deutsch.dating, operated by:

• Managing Director: Roger Heykoop (hereinafter 'Operator')

By registering on the platform, the user agrees to these terms and conditions.

• Registration is only permitted for natural persons aged 18 or older.
• Each user may only create one account. Multiple registrations are prohibited.
• The user is obliged to keep login credentials confidential.
• The user is liable for all activities under their account.
• The operator reserves the right to reject registrations without giving reasons.

The platform offers an online matchmaking service.

• Free basic features: profile creation, limited profile views, receipt of match suggestions.
• Paid premium features: extended communication, unlimited profile views, advanced search filters.

The operator does not guarantee success in partner matching.

The user agrees in particular to:

• Only provide truthful information and use only their own photos.
• Respect the personality rights and privacy of other users.

It is not permitted to:

• Publish or transmit unlawful, offensive or discriminatory content.
• Use the platform for commercial purposes, advertising or spam.
• Use automated procedures, bots or scripts.
• Share content of other users with third parties without consent.
• Take actions that could impair the functionality of the platform.

For paid premium features, the prices stated on the platform at the time of purchase apply. All prices include statutory VAT. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in time.

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. Contact us at info@deutsch.dating to exercise this right.

• The operator is liable without limitation for damage to life, body or health.
• For slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damage.
• The operator is not liable for the accuracy of information provided by users.
• The operator is not liable for the behaviour of users towards each other.

The user may delete their account at any time through account settings or by emailing info@deutsch.dating.

Information about the processing of personal data can be found in our privacy policy.

The operator reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Users will be notified at least four weeks before significant changes take effect.

Dutch law applies. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the user's country of residence remain unaffected.

If individual provisions are invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
